Trying to make sense of our world, not only the business world, I am seeing some disturbing trends. Basic skills like problem-solving seem to have flown out the window. Talking to employees it’s clear: we’re tired, we’re not thrilled with our quality of life, there’s more than ever to do and we don’t have the tools we need to fix problems.
